Performance characteristics

 

1. The electrical system of machine tools adopts advanced design concepts and technology, fully combines ergonomics principles, and extensively applies modern design means and tools such as CAD, so as to make machine tools reliable, easy to operate and control.

5. Vertical Sleeper Drilling Power Box: Vertical CNC Feed Sleeper Drilling Bit is installed on the gantry moving slide board. Drilling Bit uses high-power shop to drive the spindle through synchronous belt. It has large low-speed torque, can bear heavy cutting load, and can also be suitable for high-speed machining of carbide tools. The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan precision internal cooling spindle, spindle cone hole BT50, with butterfly spring automatic broach mechanism, which makes the hydraulic cylinder loosen the tool and replace the tool very convenient.
